CountDown Boxing Club is a Los Angeles boxing gym run by four dedicated coaches, located in a mini mall off the busy La Brea corridor. When the team announced plans to rebrand and expand their space, Emmett, a regular member, saw an opportunity to contribute design concepts that matched their evolving vision. These are ideations with full looks on request but fun was had with more to come.
We drew from 1970s boxing and sports design, adding a contemporary edge; because done right, a boxing gym is basically a platform to have an athletic streetwear brand. We put some basic "Tee" together as a reference of basic merch the gym can sell. Here are a few Ideations, with more detailed iterations at the ready..
